Against the World, For the World Report
They that turned the world upside came marching into the University in Memphis. It created no small stir. Armed with signs, Christian literature, and the proclamation of the Gospel of the Kingdom, the saints shined the light of Christ into the darkness. Much literature was passed out. Many one on one witnessing opportunities emerged. Men and women of God presented the claims of Christ and the truth of God to those lost in sin. Those who went exposed the lies that has led to the American holocaust that is savaging this generation.
The police were outstanding as they protected our first amendment rights to share the Gospel. Some of the students received our message while others scoffed and became angry. They accused us of all manner of evil intent as we exposed the hidden works of darkness. Seeds, however, were planted and watered and we are trusting God for the increase.
Jesus declared, “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God” (John 3:18-21)
When light shines in the darkness one of two manifestations will happen. Either the darkness and sin within people will be broken so they can humble themselves, confess the truth, and repent of their sin to be saved or they will get angry and attack you. The same light that causes redemptive fruit to grow, however, can also cause a ground to harden. It all depends on the soil of the heart according to our Lord (Matthew 13:3-9, 18-23).
All in all, it was productive time advancing the Kingdom and the cause of Christ to defeat the culture of death embraced by our nation to our own demise.
We covet your prayers as we continue to storm the gates of hell in JESUS’ NAME!
A Divine Appointment with AHA in Memphis
“For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries” (1 Corinthians 16:9).
Whenever we go forth in the battle, our constant prayer is for divine appointments and open effectual doors. As the saints showed up at the gates of hell in Memphis the Lord answered those prayers in an astounding way. First stop was Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is one of two death camps remaining defiling Memphis with the shedding of innocent blood. The other death camp is called “Choices.” Though Planned Parenthood was open, no babies died that day. It is amazing what happens when the church shows up. God shows off.
We still ministered to men who came to their parole officer, whose office was housed in the same building with Planned Parenthood. We shared the Gospel, exposed Planned Parenthood, and prayed for these men to get right with God through the merits of His Son, Jesus Christ.
After a while, someone in our group suggested we go over to the other death camp, even though it was closed. They wanted to expose the hidden works of darkness to those passing by while their neighbors were being led to slaughter. Doubting nothing, we went. Little did we know a miracle was waiting for us.
There was a woman named Hannah who drove in to the death camp three times and left three times. She is going through a divorce and is pregnant with her third child. Perhaps, to get back at the husband, she was contemplating doing the unthinkable to her precious child in the womb. She had enough of a working conscious, however, to be torn by the decision.
When we arrived one brother was talking with her ministering God’s truth. She was clearly touched. A garbage truck pulled up behind her in the parking lot and she had to drive off. We asked her if she would pull around and come back to talk. Amazingly, she came back. I went on the property of the death camp to minister to her. The husband of the wife that owns the death camp came by on his bike and asked, “Are you with this group?” I answered, “I’m with this woman.” He left without interrupting this intervention to save the life of this baby.
As stated before, her name is Hannah. I told of her namesake in the Bible and her plight of being barren. God’s Word ministered to her and it began to give her hope. I told her, “If this baby is a boy, you shall call his name Samuel.” She lit up and said, YES!” I gave her more Scriptures to comfort her and then prayed for her. She left a different woman. She went from being tormented and in despair to a new found hope and faith. Praise God for His mighty acts of intervention.
The Last Day
Today is the last day for Against the World, For the World conference in Memphis, TN. Iron sharpened iron as the Lord forged relationships that will prayerfully have greater impact to end the American holocaust. AHA are a group of young families that mean business wherever and whenever the image of God in man is devalued, dehumanized, or destroyed, from the embryo to the forming baby in the womb. They reject ageism and thus incrementalism.
They will be used by God to redefine what it means to be Christian and “pro-life” in a nation that murders its children. Those that have been in the battle for a long time get ready for reformation. God is going to use this ministry to cut away the fat, clarify Biblical principles, redefine terms according to God’s revelation, and will not stop until human abortion is abolished. in my humble assessment, they are the future of this battle, whether other groups agree with them or not. I suggest humility and adjustments, if what they are presenting lines up with God’s Word. We must be willing to let go of any compromises that has inadvertently prolonged the decimation of God’s image bearers under our watch.
AHA has granted me the privilege to preach the final message of the conference. Afterwards, I’m heading back home to my family that I miss so much.
At the conclusion of last night’s rally AHA introduced a “Declaration.” It needs a little tweaking, but will be released soon. Think of it as a modern day Martin Luther banging his 95 thesis on the church door. In this case, however, it will be used to reform the church and pro-life movement that is staggering under the weight of blood guiltiness.
I hope to be joining with these brothers and sisters soon in the battle for the souls of men, the lives of children, and the future of our bloodstained land. Please pray for traveling mercies as we all head back home. Thanks!
